AM - Dymatize Project Mass: Cycle 3, Microcycle 2, Day 74 - Push Strength

 

Dumbbell Bench Press

Set 1: 30kg x 4 reps

Set 2: 30kg x 4 reps

Set 3: 30kg x 4 reps

Set 4: 30kg x 4 reps

Set 5: 30kg x 4 reps

 

Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

Set 1: 27.5kg x 4 reps

Set 2: 27.5kg x 4 reps

Set 3: 27.5kg x 4 reps

Set 4: 27.5kg x 4 reps

Set 5: 27.5kg x 3 reps

 

Standing Military Press

Set 1: 50kg x 4 reps

Set 2: 50kg x 4 reps

Set 3: 50kg x 4 reps

Set 4: 50kg x 4 reps

Set 5: 50kg x 5 reps

 

Close Grip 2 Dumbbell Bench Press

Set 1: 50kg x 5 reps
