Day two of The Vegan Carnivore Experiment sees Matt eating a whole Herbidoor Roast (1kg worth of plant based roast) 😱

Training consisted of an outdoor functional fitness workout with Brotherhood and evening workout was at the gym.  

This was Matt's training program for the day. We share this with you for full transparency and so you can achieve extreme results, like what Matt did!

Dumbbell Bench Press

Set 1: 25kg x 8 reps

Set 4: 25kg x 8 reps

 

Dumbbell Incline Bench Press

Set 1: 20kg x 8 reps

Set 2: 20kg x 8 reps

Set 3: 20kg x 8 reps

Set 4: 20kg x 8 reps

Drop Set: 15kg x 8 reps

 

Seated Dumbbell Press

Set 1: 17.5kg x 8 reps

Set 2: 17.5kg x 8 reps

Set 3: 17.5kg x 8 reps

Set 4: 17.5kg x 8 reps

 

Side Lateral Raise

Set 1: 8kg x 8 reps

Set 2: 8kg x 8 reps

Set 3: 8kg x 8 reps

Tricep Pushdown - Rope Attachment
