1. Portobello Mushrooms
Before all the new and delicious vegan meat options became available, portobelllos were the OG meat replacement.
Simply grill as is, or glaze in balsamic and herbs for a delicious and wholesome vegan barbecue option.
DIY your own skewers with combos of your favourite veggies, and tofu or tempeh. Some of our favourite options are capsicum, cherry tomatoes, pineapple, zucchini, onion and mushroom.
Glaze with balsamic, or make your own satay or sweet chilli sauce to dip into.
3. Vegan Steak
