It took Herbi 6 months of trial and error to get his epic Pad Thai just right
He played with different ratios of ingredients to get the sauce finger licking good
Used multiple cooking techniques to layer the dish making it eye-catchingly golden 
8 versions later, the wait was worth it
He even had to look at ways to create coriander flavours without using the raw leaf
Herbi loves fresh coriander, but he also realises not everyone is a coriander loving dino - (The coriander pictured is just for the photo)

* Turmeric infused crumbled tofu;
