Herbi's Katsu Curry is a delicious vegan take on one of Japan's most popular dishes.

Our chefs start by coating eggplant in a panko breadcrumb and then oven baking to create a delicious light batter.  Served with rice and a slow cooked mild curry, this dish is not to be missed.
