Herbi's Fire Roasted Tomato Gnocchi is a rich and delicate flavoured dish, that will leave you craving more. Herbi was lucky enough to be taught the recipe for the sauce for his gnocchi from Master Chef judge and well known restaurateur Shannon Bennett.
The fire roasted tomatoes create a strong, rich flavour and aroma that is enhanced by the tarragon. A simple and traditional red sauce that enhances the pillow-ey goodness that is our gnocchi.
