How To Manage Your Herbidoor Meal Box

Our order cycle runs Saturday to Friday each week

All Herbi meals are made fresh to order by our team of chefs each week and delivered to your door fresh, ready to heat and eat. Due to this, we have a strict order deadline each week on Friday at 11:59pm. Any orders placed after this cut off each week will fall into our next delivery cycle.

Once you are on a meal box subscription though, each order (after your initial order) will process on the same day you process your order (e.g. if you ordered on a Wednesday, your orders will process every Wednesday of the week). So you don't have to stress about making the cut off. The only thing you need to worry about is making any meal changes on before your order processes. You will receive an email notification reminding you to make any changes approximately 24 hours before your next order is processed.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to all meals being made fresh there is approximately a 5 to 15 day delay between when you place your initial order and when your first order will arrive. This will depend on your postcode and when you place your initial order. After your initial order, meals will arrive on the scheduled delivery day weekly or fortnightly depending on what you select. Making changes to your meals

If you need to make changes to your meals, you should do so before your orders process each week and edit your meals for the coming delivery cycle.

To do this simply log into your account (via the menu or 'person' symbol on our website) and click on Manage Subscription. On the right hand side you will see that there are options to pause, skip, cancel and resume your meal box subscription.
