You can select your own delivery day!

All Herbi meals are made fresh to order by our team of chefs each week and delivered to your door fresh, ready to heat and eat. Choosing your delivery day is really easy: simply select your preferred delivery day at checkout from the next available days. Our delivery time is between 8am to 6pm. We are unable to give you an exact time for delivery at time of order.

Once you are on a meal box subscription though, each order (after your initial order) will process on the same day you process your order and will be delivered to you on the same day each week. So you don't have to stress about making the cut off.

For example - if you place your order on a Thursday and select delivery for the following Friday on a weekly delivery, your next order will process the following Thursday and be delivered the following Friday.

If you ever want to update your delivery day, just email our friendly team and we will be able to assist.

We are currently working on some website upgrades to make this process a lot more user friendly.

Making changes to your meals

If you need to make changes to your meals, you should do so before your orders process each week and edit your meals for the coming delivery cycle.

To do this simply log into your account (via the menu or 'person' symbol on our website) and click on Manage Subscription. On the right hand side you will see that there are options to pause, skip, cancel and resume your meal box subscription.
