Why Chef Ryan created these delicious Organic Whole Food Plant Based Meals for the Herbidoor menu?
Herbidoor is all about making eating plant based as easy and accessible for as many people as possible. One thing that was lacking from the menu was a whole food organic range.
When I was writing the descriptions for the meals and taste testing them all, I kept writing, I love this dish because each meal kept getting better and better.

A mild curry with black beans, sweet potato & a creamy peanut flavour with a slow-cooked brown rice pilaf style.
