Herbi currently delivers to a range of addresses across QLD, NT, NSW, VIC, TASMANIA, SOUTH AUSTRALIA & the ACT. Please be sure to check your postcode using the search feature above to make sure we deliver to your area and what day you should expect your delivery.
Please be aware that depending on what day you order in our order cycle, and your postcode, there can be between a 5 to 15 day wait between the day you purchase your meals and your delivery day.
We have a strict deadline each week of 11:59pm Sunday evening. Any orders after that deadline will be allocated to the following order cycle. So if you order on a Tuesday after the order cut off, your order will fall into the following order cycle. Depending on your courier company, we try offer as up to date tracking information on deliveries as possible. All of our delivery companies will send an sms either the evening before, or day of your delivery. This will come from the courier company, not from us so please ensure your details are correct and that you provide a mobile, not a landline when you checkout. The courier companies we use offer tracking in NSW, ACT, QLD, NT, SA and TAS. In Victoria you will only receive a text in the morning of your delivery to let you know your delivery will be arriving, at this stage there isn't live tracking available.
As we cook all meals fresh, and our team of chefs hand make all meals with fresh ingredients (we don't use big vats and have machines spit out generic meals) this takes time. We also have to work in with the delivery schedules that our refrigerated courier companies have for your area, and provide them with advanced notice of your order so they can plot their delivery routes.
