WHERE DOES HERBI DELIVER TO?
Delivery areas are expanding all the time. Herbi is working hard behind the scenes to find stockists in your area too ;-)

WHAT DAY AND TIME DOES HERBI DELIVER MY MEALS?
Orders are finalized at 8 pm each Saturday.
Fresh ingredients are sourced Sunday morning
Northern NSW orders are delivered fresh (You can freeze the meals if you wish) every Wednesday.
South East QLD orders are delivered fresh (You can freeze the meals if you wish) every Monday.
On Thursday Herbi has a rest day :)
Herbi, is doing his best to reduce waste and asks that you leave an esky or cooler bag out for him if you won't be at home. Failure to do so may mean you noms spoil and that will make both you and Herbi sad :(
I THOUGHT DELIVERY WAS FREE... WHY IS THERE A CHARGE?
Delivery is FREE on orders of $50 and more. Orders under $50 including those that are lucky to utilize a discount code which rings the order below $50 will incur a $10 delivery fee. Herbie suggests getting yourself some more delicious Noms instead of paying for delivery.
SPECIAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTION OR MEAL VARIATIONS
At the completion of your order, you will find a space to let Herbi know about any special delivery instructions.
You can also ask for slight meal changes here too. For example, you may not like jackfruit and want it to be removed from the meal. Please note there are limitations to what can and can't be changed regarding the meals to keep it cost effective for both You and Herbi :)
HOW DOES THE MENU WORK?
Currently, Herbi has a menu of 20 scrumdiddlyumptious meals and rotates the menu so you never get bored

Herbi uses MyFitnessPal and the Australian Nutritional Guidelines of 2000 calories per a day. Please bear in mind that everyone's nutritional needs are different and that your own circumstances should be considered before ordering any meals from herbidoor.com

On each of the product pages below the description of the meal, you will find all of the ingredients listed for each meal.
WHERE ARE THE MEALS PREPARED?
All your noms are prepared in a commercial vegan ONLY kitchen. Although Herbi takes every precaution to avoid gluten, peanuts, and other allergens there may be traces in the meals as the kitchen is currently shared with other Vegan businesses.
WHERE ARE THE INGREDIENTS SOURCED FROM?
Herbi hits the road early on a Monday sourcing his fresh ingredients from local farmers in the Northern Rivers Area and also local Health Food Stores. This ensures the freshest ingredients for you and Herbi loves to support the local business community :)

WHAT PACKAGING DO YOU USE?
Herbi is stoked to inform you that he uses Biopak Bagasse Packaging.
Bagasse packaging is made from the pulp of the sugarcane plant, and is extremely durable, lightweight, inexpensive, and biodegrades in 30-90 days once exposed to composting conditions. It can be heated up or frozen, and it has no taste, odour or harmful additives. This makes it an ideal alternative to traditional polystyrene meal packaging.

HOW LONG DO THE MEALS LAST?
Herbi recommends that you eat all the meals within 3 days when refrigerated and it is always best to check the meal before consumption.
If you choose to freeze the meals the shelf life is significantly longer - up to 8 weeks. Once again check the meals once defrosted and reheated before consumption.
HOW BIG ARE THE MEALS?
Herbi's meals come in two sizes 350g and 500g.
The 350g meal is designed for a single meal for 1 person.
On the other hand the 500g meals are designed for the bigger eaters and can also be split between two (2) people and may need a side salad to be made to accompany the meal.
Herbi recommends that you chose the size that is relevant to you and your nutritional goals :)
