When Herbi was asked to do breakfast dishes, the most requested dish for breakfast was Scrambled Tofu. We spent awhile perfecting this one to give you a light and crumbly tofu, with a side of wilted spinach and mushroom topped with blistered cherry tomatoes. This dish is low calorie, gluten free and whole food plant based. A super healthy and light way to start your day.
