Cooking Instructions: Your plant-based meat has already been pre-cooked to perfection for your convenience. Our chefs recommend wrapping your steaks in foil and placing in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. This will create moist and juicy steaks. If you freeze it, we recommend placing it in the fridge overnight to defrost slowly before heating. You can reheat in the microwave on high for 2-4 minutes if preferred. Or place on grill, BBQ or fry pan and heat on both sides for 1-2 minutes each side.
