This delish curry really hits the spot. It's my absolute favourite warming dish.
I was raised on a cattle station in Central Queensland. My life was on the farm, raising and mustering cattle.
At the age of 11 I decided eating meat wasn't for me, and I became vegetarian which naturally lead me to becoming vegan.
I studied Medicine at the University of Melbourne and graduated in 2013.
For the past 5 years i have been working in the fields of Emergency, Surgery, Radiotherapy, Radiology & Intensive Care.
I live in a tiny house with my 2 Bulldogs in rural Tasmania and currently work as a Doctor in Intensive Care (ICU) and founded an online coaching program "Doctor Vegan Fit".
