- Cover loosely and reheat longer if required.
Really liked this dish, particularly the potato side, but the tofu itself and the whole meal was great, perhaps could use a little more seasoning but that's probably more a personal preference.
This is a good breakfast if you are time poor, but need something substantial. It was so big I had half for breakfast and the other half for lunch.
Tasty and filling. Great start to the day without having to cook! Potato cake was delicious!
