Herbi has veganised this much loved Traditional Filipino dish, Chick'n Adobo. Under the guidance of our Filipino team member, Zarah, Herbi wanted to create a special and authentic dish for everyone to enjoy. Vegan Chick'n is marinated and slow cooked to create a flavourful, tangy, and tender stew. We then serve the Adobo with a side of sweet coconut rice to complement the dish.
