Workout One

Morning Dymatize Project Mass: Cycle 3, Microcycle 1, Day 69 - Legs Hypertrophy

Barbell Squat

Set 1: 70kg x 8 reps
Set 2: 70kg x 8 reps
Set 3: 70kg x 8 reps
Set 4: 75kg x 8 reps
Drop Set: 60kg x 8 reps

Leg Extensions

Set 1: 47kg x 8 reps
Set 2: 47kg x 8 reps
Set 3: 47kg x 8 reps
Set 4: 47kg x 8 reps
Drop Set: 32kg x 8 reps

Back Extensions

Set 1: 8 reps
Set 2: 8 reps
Set 3: 8 reps
Set 4: 8 reps

Seated Leg Curl

Set 1: 47kg x 8 reps
Set 2: 47kg x 8 reps
Set 3: 47kg x 8 reps
Set 4: 55kg x 8 reps
Drop Set: 40kg x 8 reps

Calf Press on Cable

Set 1: 102kg x 8 reps
Set 2: 102kg x 8 reps

Calf Press on Leg Press

Set 1: 120kg x 8 reps
